Unmapped Brewing Co. in Minnetonka, Minnesota is one of my favorite spots to stop for a beer after work with friends and coworkers. They have a great laid back atmosphere and super friendly staff that are always willing to help you find the right beer.
While happy hour parking can be a little crazy, that is honestly the only bad thing I have to say about this place. The beer quality and variety are awesome, and they have some perfect seasonal brews for fall including the Wicked Pumpkin, a great smoky pumpkin Imperial Amber Ale, and the Flannel Roots a smooth Oktoberfest Lager. My favorite though was most certainly the Freq Drive Double IPA. Their No Trace American IPA is a solid second though.
Some other great perks of this brewery are it is dog-friendly indoors, which as a dog mom I love being able to take my pups on adventures in the winter just as much as I do in the summer. Another great tip to keep in mind, if you want to get pizza delivered from their neighbor: Gina Maria’s Pizza, make sure you mention where you are and ask about the 10% discount they offer to the Unmapped customers.
