Almost every child grows up standing in the kitchen waiting to sneak a spoonful of the cookie dough when Mom isn’t looking.

Now as adults we can enjoy all the cookie dough we want and then some.

These Cookie Dough Truffles take that childhood indulgence to a whole new level. These were a popular treat while I was in college and my roommates were always excited when they opened the fridge to find a big bowl of chocolate covered cookie dough balls waiting for them. This recipe is fairly easy and very fun to make with friends.
