Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs Stew Meat
- 1/4 C. Flour
- 3 T. Olive Oil
- 3 C. Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 Medium Onion-Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic-Mined
- 1/2 C. Red Wine
- 1 C. Beef Broth
- 1/2 t. Paprika
- 1 T. Dijon Mustard
- 1 T. Grainy Mustard
- 3/4 C. Sour Cream
- 3 T. Butter
- Salt & Pepper
Directions:
- Cut beef into bite size slices, salt and pepper
- Dust beef with flour
- Heat olive oil in skillet and brown meat
- Transfer to slow cooker
- In same skillet add butter, sauté onions, garlic and mushrooms
- Deglaze skillet with red wine
- Add beef broth, paprika and mustards
- Pour over beef in slow cooker and mix together
- Cook on high heat for about 2 hours then low heat for 4-5 hours
- Prior to serving add sour cream.
- Serve over egg noodles
