Ingredients:
- 4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 T. Fresh Basil (julienned)
- 2 T. Fresh Rosemary (chopped)
- 1 t. Onion Powder
- 1/2 Yellow Onion (diced)
- 1/2 C. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 C. Olive Oil
- 1/2 Jar Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 1 Can Sliced Mushrooms
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in your crock-pot and cook on low heat for six hours.
- Serve over Fried Parmesan Orzo.
