Ingredients:

  • 1 Box Orzo
  • 1/2 C. Pitted Kalamata Olives
  • 1/2 Jar Sun Dried Tomatoes (drained)
  • 3 T. Capers
  • 1/3 C. Chopped Red Onions
  • Fetta Cheese
  • Greek Dressing

Directions:

  1. Cook Orzo according to box instructions.
  2. Add Olives, Tomatoes, Capers and Onions to Pasta.
  3. Toss in Dressing.
  4. Serve sprinkled with Feta Cheese.

Great when paired with Greek Grilled Chicken.
