- 1 Box Orzo
- 1/2 C. Pitted Kalamata Olives
- 1/2 Jar Sun Dried Tomatoes (drained)
- 3 T. Capers
- 1/3 C. Chopped Red Onions
- Fetta Cheese
- Greek Dressing
- Cook Orzo according to box instructions.
- Add Olives, Tomatoes, Capers and Onions to Pasta.
- Toss in Dressing.
- Serve sprinkled with Feta Cheese.
Great when paired with Greek Grilled Chicken.
