I ate at Bone Fish this past spring for a birthday party and someone ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp for the table. After one bite I could see why everyone online seems to have a bang bang obsession. A few weeks later I attempted to make my own version. Voila I give you Tang Bang Sauce. I really love this sauce for seafood and chicken on the grill in the summer time such as Garlicky Bang Tang Shrimp or Chicken Babs. But I have gotten in the habit of keeping an old ketchup bottle filled with this stuff so I have it whenever I get a craving.

  • 1/2 C. Mayonnaise
  • 1 T. Sriracha
  • 2 T. Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 t. Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 t. Garlic Powder

Directions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Great for dipping dunking and drizzling.
  3. Store extras in an airtight container in the fridge.
