This dijon vinaigrette is one of my favorite salad dressings. I put mustard on just about everything so it only made sense for me to find a way to make it a salad dressing.
Ingredients:
- 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
- 2 T. Dijon Mustard
- 2 T. Yellow Mustard
- 1 t. Kosher Salt
- 1 t. Cracked Black Pepper
- 1/4 C. Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 C. Lemon Juice
- 1 C. Olive Oil
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse until smooth.
