This is a nice healthier and easier alternative to Creamy Brussel Sprouts.
- 1/2 lbs. Brussel Sprouts
- Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt
- Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
- Cut off stems and then half sprouts.
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Coat in Olive Oil
- Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper
- Bake in oven for about 40 min or until Sprouts have crisped.
