This should make enough to get you through most of your fall baking. I make about two batches each fall and store them in an airtight container. Way better than buying pumpkin spice at the grocery store since they are almost always out of in when you need it.


  • 4 1/2 t. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 t. Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 t. Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 t. Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 t. Allspice
