Chicken & Peppers

Directions:

  1. Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Marinade chicken in sauce for about 15 min.
  3. Heat butter in wok.
  4. Cook onion and garlic until tender.
  5. Add chicken and sauce to wok and cook over medium heat for 10 min.
  6. Add in peppers and mushrooms .
  7. Cover and cook over low heat for twenty more min. (stirring occasionally)
  8. Add cornstarch to thicken sauce.
  9. Serve over rice.
