Super Bowl LII is quickly approaching and many Minnesotans are racking their brains for a way to entertain out of town friends and family as they come into town for the game. Well, worry no more! All week I will be posting ideas to keep everyone entertained during Super Bowl week here in Minnesota.

What better way to kick things off than talking about brunch. Last summer I did my best to visit as many of the Twin Cities hottest brunch spots. The following are my suggestions for best bloodies, bites and bottomless mimosas; everything a sports fan needs to get things going!

Their Hi-Tops are a foodies dream come true. Basically a a giant fried donut topped with everything from mac n’ cheese with ribs to baked apples and salted caramel, whats not to love?! When looking for a great spot to grab a bite you can always count on “Eat Street” with a diverse collection of restaurants, from tiny mom and pop joints – to high-end restaurants Minnesotans flock to the area for some of the best dishes you can find in the cities. Icehouse is one of the crown jewels of the neighborhood. Crowds gather daily to enjoy live music while checking out the amazing chef’s bar and chef’s table where custom menus are designed for the lucky few that reserve one of these coveted spots, just don’t forget to buy the staff a 6-pack at the bar. Both their breakfast and dinner options are stellar with an equally astounding cocktail menu. If you are swinging through for breakfast try one of their unique bloodies, or my favorite the Escape Velocity! For more information check out: www.icehousempls.com
