I can take absolutely no credit for this recipe, I was looking for “Lainie Friendly” (celiac friendly) recipes for girls night last night and stumbled across this one on Pinterest. I think it’s safe to say that this was the group favorite. My friend Samantha couldn’t stop raving how about how great it was (when you put a spin on a mexican favorite, and the mexican friend approves you know you’re doing something right!) This one’s for you Samantha!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 C. Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 C. Salsa
- 1 t. Ranch Mix
- 1 t. Taco Seasoning
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together and serve!
This is amazing with just about anything we ate ours with tortilla chips, veggies and Veggie Meatballs.
