Ingredients:

  • 4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 T. Fresh Basil (julienned)
  • 2 T. Fresh Rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 t. Onion Powdervscocam-photo-1
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion (diced)
  • 1/2 C. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 C. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Jar Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 1 Can Sliced Mushrooms

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in your crock-pot and cook on low heat for six hours.
  2. Serve over Fried Parmesan Orzo.
